SudSplash: Arcade

Spread nature and fight goop creatures trying to spread their grime! The goop will spread over time, and it's your job to ensure that enough space is cleaned for the mothership when it lands. Using your company-issued Super Soaper and Motorized Watering Can, clear the enemy slime and defend your plot from the hostile creatures who inhabit it!

This is the first game I've made and the first jam I've submitted to [the 2024 Pirate Software game jam]. Although the game is absolutely not in a finished state, it was an overall a fun experience working on this. Thank you for checking it out!

This was only possible due to the assistance from chrisj4288 and I am very grateful for that. Created in Godot in a little less than 2 weeks with a team of 2 people.

Note: in its current state, the game is potentially completely unbeatable either due to performance issues or due to the difficulty being too high. I did not have the time to properly playtest the later progression in time for the jam. Hopefully it is fun nonetheless!
